After earning his medical degree and doctorate, he completed one year of surgical assistance and two years in anesthesiology.
He trained and obtained his FMH specialization in gynecology-obstetrics and gynecological surgery. He pursued further training in senology (diseases and surgery of the breast) and assisted reproductive medicine. He served as chief resident and later as first chief resident in the Department of Gynecology-Obstetrics at the CHUV Maternity Hospital in Lausanne.
He also worked as acting chief physician at Saint-Loup Hospital.
He maintained a private practice in Lausanne and carried out surgical activities at the Cecil, La Source, and Montchoisi clinics.
He joined Clinique La Prairie in 2023.
